Last night Elise Testone was sent home from “American Idol” leaving five contestants to battle it out for the title. Personally, I thought she was a super vocalist, hot as hell and I hated to see her go. That leaves Phillip Phillips, Jessica Sanchez, Skylar Laine, Hollie Cavanaugh and my choice to win it all Josha Ledet in the competition …. Slain al-Quida leader Osama bin Laden’s three widows and eleven children were deported from Pakistan and went to Saudi Arabia yesterday. They may end up living in Yeman (I guess there’s no room in Hell this time of year) …. Chrysler posted its best quarterly profit in 13 years. Not bad for a car company that almost died three years ago! The company earned $473-million in the first quarter led by strong sales by Ram pickup trucks, Jeep Grand Cherokees and Chrysler 300 sedans …. Last but not least the NFL draft happened last night and (as expected) Andrew Luck was selected by the Indianapolis Colts with the first pick. Robert Griffin III was taken by the Washington Redskins with pick number two and Cleveland grabbed Alabama running back Trent Richardson with the third pick …. Bithday wishes go out to announcer Casey Kasem who turns 80 today! Have a great weekend everybody!
