Just a little fill in blog today about a lot of little things that are going on here, there and everywhere……..
First, I know there are thousands of fans of the TV Show “Dog The Bounty Hunter” on A &E. It has been on the air for 8 years and along the way has caused as much controversy as it has good. Well, the network has decided to cancel the show and Duane “Dog” Chapman will no longer be running roughshod over your TV. In the beginning it was a fun, exciting show to watch but after a season or two it just got to be the same old, same old, just like the mullet Chapman wears………
Get ready to hear a lot about the new James bond film “Skyfall” due to be released this November. Daniel Craig again plays 007 for third time and once again we have a brand new Bond Girl as Severine and played by French Actress Berenice Marlohe……..There have been 23 Bond films but many are saying that this one could be the best of them all. That’s a pretty tall order, so I guess we’ll find out this November……
DC Comics, one of the most iconic names in the industry has a real shocker coming with one of their superhero characters. In an upcoming iss this well known character, who DC will not reveal, “comes out of the closet” attending a gay wedding. Hmmmm, is it Superman, Supergirl, Aquaman, Batman, Captain Marvel, The Flash, Wonder Woman, So now let the rumors and guessing begin on who this hero is that finally decided to . I can just imagine the parents, once it comes out, refusing to allow their kids to read comics anymore. Will be very interesting to see what kind of controversy this causes when the superhero is revealed.
Finally, a former lingerie worker was fired for being “too hot and having large breasts.” So Lauren Odes, 29 is suing the company, Native Intimates, with a workplace gender and religious discrimination lawsuit. So who is her attorney? Who else but the always headline seeking Wicked Witch, Gloria Allred. Wonder if this will be a bang or a bust??
