Just when you think nothing can be topped, Axel Braun comes along and presents the “Dark Knight: A Porn Parody”. The talk, buzz and hype has been going on for months about this film and it certainly lives up to all of it and more. Once again Braun has created a porn parody with a solid story and plot that comes with an unexpected twist. The cast of performers he put together are excellent in every key role.
Bruce Wayne/Batman (Giovanni Francesco) has forsaken his life and as the film opens we see him trudging through snow covered mountains a lost and embittered man and not sure where he belongs. From there the scene shift's to the Joker's (Brendon Miller) freak show warehouse where he has Commissioner Gordon (Tom Byron) and Batgirl (Penny Pax) held hostage. He wants to do away with the commissioner but Batgirl, who is actually the commissioner's daughter Barbara Gordon, is willing to give herself up instead. Now this being a porno we know what the Joker has in mind and that leads to the first sex scene. It is a suck and screw free for all as the Joker gets blown and he takes her in every way possible in some athletic positions. After the Joker has his way with her, she crawls back by the cage where her father is locked up.
We now find him hidden away in a mountain cabin haunted by his past and has flashbacks. Catwoman (Aiden Ashley) shows up. She wants him to come back because he is needed. His arch enemy Bane is terrorizing Gotham City and has also kidnapped his fiance' Kathy Kane (Andy San Dimas). Of course being porn Catwoman has the perfect way to convince him. Bruce decides to return to the city. He doesn't like what he sees or hears from Zatanna (Christy Mack) when he returns, so once again he dons “the suit”! He confronts Bane (Derrick Pierce) and that's when things really get into a frenzy and the action really takes place. I could go on with more of what takes place, but why spoil it for you, especially with the unexpected twist that comes near the end of the movie? This is one film you must see and not just read about in a review.
As for the casting of key roles they are expertly played by the cast, Francesco is excellent as a very understated Bruce/Batman, Brendon Miller put his own stamp on the Joker, Derrick Pierce was the perfect choice for Bane and the girls all put their own mark on their characters. The sex scenes have a lot of heat, intensity and explosive finishes for some big turn on moments. The settings, makeup and costuming were total mainstream and the music was perfectly set from the opening credits and every scene throughout adding to the drama and excitement. Braun's direction, the camera work and his attention to detail were paramount in the overall excellence of this production.
It is one more 5 star, heavy award nom film from the creative mind and brain of Axel Braun with kudos to his exceptional and fantastic behind the scenes crew. “The Dark Knight XXX” is a “must see” so run, do not walk to your favorite video store when this film hits the streets in a few days, It is destined to be a porn film classic.
