A film classic like the “Godfather' turned into a comedy parody? To be honest, being a traditionalist in many ways, I wasn't thrilled about the prospects. However, after watching it and writing the review I must admit Lee Roy Myers did a terrific job with the project turning it into an adult comedy film.
Of course everything in the makeup of the story/plot revolves around the adult industry. The “Whorleone” family runs the largest adult film distribution company in the world. You can imagine how it got so big and offers that were made and not refused! The “Dong” fis headed for a major porn war but of course there is always a way to head it off and make everything good again. Sex!!
The opening scene is with Vegas and O'Tool is pretty funny There is plenty of sex and something for everyone as the scenes are steamy, filled with lust, drive and ways to get what the “Whorleone's” want. The girls go all out and provide plenty of pleasure along the way. Each of the sex scenes hjas some very hot,. explosive moments that shouldn't leave the viewer disappointed at all. The rubber dildo scene in the restaurant with Veruca James is pretty funny and also turns into one very hot scene.
Myers put together a great cast in the key roles headed by O'Tool as the “Dong”. The settings are good, the music compliments the film well, the camera work is very solid. Most of all Myers, allowed for a few dramatic moments which made it even better. I would have liked to have seen a biot more taken from the actual Godfather and also more of O' Tool, but overall this was a very well done parody. This will be a sure award nom come the end of the year. Definitely one to enjoy! ****1/2
