Fucking, Austria

There is a town in Austria (named after a 6th century Bavarian nobleman) that is thinking about changing its name. The 104 residents of Fucking, Austria are sick and tired of tourists stealing road signs and being mocked. The 104 “Fuckingers” (that’s really what they are called) are voting this week to change the hamlet’s name to Fugging. Let’s hope they decide to leave it the way it is. After all it’s cool being the only town in the world named Fucking! …. Three hundred economists got together last week and concluded that the US Government could save $7.7-billion if they stopped enforcing marijuana laws and make an additional $6-million by selling and taxing the drug at rates simular to booze and tobacco. Come on guys, this just makes too much sense not to do! …. Speaking of weed, leave it to California to come up with a medical marijuana vending machine. The “Autospence” machine will allow people with a legal marijuana medical card to purchase pot anytime. Only in America! …. In the sports world Denny Hamlin won the NASCAR race in Kansas City for his second win of the season, Phil Humber tossed a perfect game (27 outs in a row) for the Chicago White Sox. In the NHL hockey playoffs the Western Conference, number one seeded, Vancouver Canucks were eliminated by the LA Kings, Nashville sent Detroit home and the Philadelphia Flyers also sent the Pittsburgh Penquins packing …. Last but not least, the National Basketball Association Charlotte Hornets lost their 20th consecutive game yesterday – damn they are terrible! …. Have a great day and a super week!

Dude, today is awesome. What a great day to get a buzz! Yes, today is 4/20! For those of your that have no idea what that means, let me tell ya! It all started back in 1971 when a group of high schoolers in San Rafael, CA called the “Waldos” decided to meet at 4:20 pm (right after school) behind a statue of Louis Pasteur and smoke pot. They called it “4:20 Louie” and it grew from there. Also there are also420 active chemicals in marijuana! Today April 20th is a “counter-culture” holiday around the world with huge cannabis celebrations happening in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park, The University of Colorado’s Boulder Campus, Parliment Hill in Ottawa, Canada, The Mount Royal Monument in Montreal, Canada, the Vancouver Art Gallery, The Dakory in Auckland, New Zealand and many other places around the world! Did you know that the medical marijuana bill that was passed in California was named SB420? …. April 20th is not only known for pot. Today is “National Look-A-Like Day” where people dress up like rock stars, politicians, friends and bosses. Damn, seeing my “look-a-like boss” with a buzz could be really scary! …. April 20th is also Hitler’s birthday and believe-it-or-not, it is celebrated by thousands of idiots around the world. Why can’t we just leave this asshole (and his ideas) dead and buried? …. Today is also a “Day of Silence” to support Gay Equality. I guess I can’t make a comment or I wouldn’t be silent! …. April 20 is also the 13th Anniversary of the Columbine High School massacre where 21 students were seriously injured and 13 dead (including one teacher) in Jefferson County, Colorado …. Last but not least, today is also Boston’s Fenway Park 100th Anniversary and the city will be celebrating all day long. Today’s Red Sox baseball game against the New York Yankees (who else?) will feature throw back uniforms and have numerous retired players attending the game …. Have a great weekend and FYI Sunday 4/22 is National Jelly Bean Day! Just thought you would like to know!

It is Orange County’s, BIGGEST Medical Marijuana Mega Show. November 18-20, 2011. There will be hundreds of booths and tons of giveaways. Live concerts and the world famous – Hot Kush Girl Contest!!! The resting lounge will include food, a full liquor bar and massage chairs. As well as a custom rides car show.

The Kush Expo is held at the Anaheim Convention Center – in Orange County, California – literally across the street from Disneyland! Just follow the Ganja smoke and you’ll find the location. Designated 420 smoking area!
