Controversial Not South Park XXX Sells Out of DVDs in First Week from X-Play & Pulse Distribution

(Hollywood, CA)  Yes DVDs are still selling so it was only a matter of time before Comedy Central’s South Park television show was turned into an adult porn parody but even the director and the production company X-Play didn’t expect this type of criticism.  The movie has only been in stores one week and is already a hit selling out of the initial DVD run but while movie reviews are not yet in from professional critics that didn’t stop some folks from voicing their displeasure that the movie was even made in the first place. 

“We’ve had people complain before about some of our more wholesome movies like Not the Bradys XXX which is our Brady Bunch parody series and our Cosby Show spoofs but we never expected anyone to freak out about South Park,” stated the movie’s director Will Ryder. 

What Ryder is referring to is some anguish among a select group of people that have voiced displeasure that the classic animated television show has been sexualized with porn actors playing the iconic parts of Cartman, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Mr. Mackey and the South Park girls.

“I hope the guys that made this parody drop dead,” wrote one blogger in his note online note. 

“Noooo I’m crying how could you do this to me I hope every human that contributed on this dies from HIV,” one viewer wrote in all caps on the YouTube page that showcases the movie’s hilarious trailer.

Another commented, “I die of laughter every time I watch it.”?

(Hollywood, CA)  The Anti-Defamation League has filed a lawsuit in United States Federal Court against X-Play and adult movie director Will Ryder for their use of midgets in the upcoming porn musical Not the Wizard of Oz XXX.  The complaint was filed in a Virginia court and accuses X-Play of willful neglect, unlawful segregation and outrageous human rights violations in their movie musical parody that is scheduled to be distributed in May by Pulse Distribution. 

The complaint further states that at no time did producers Scott David and Jeff Mullen allow little person Stella Marie to audition for the lead role of Dorothy even though she was fully capable and qualified with extensive vocal and dance training from the prestigious Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.

“That is a clear violation of federal law,” stated Sigmund Livingdale the senior legal counsel for the ADL from his New York office. 

“Having people play munchkins and to further degrade them by not granting them an audition for the lead role simply because they are vertically challenged is something that should never happen Jewish or not and this type of discrimination has got to stop.”

“This is insane,” stated Will Ryder as he listened to the complaint being read by his Italian attorney..

“There was no way we could offer the part of Dorothy to a midget,” Ryder blasted back. “The ruby slippers would fall right off.”

This is part of a series of stories about the potential porn movie-of-the-year

(Hollywood, CA)  It has been said that nobody gives a rat’s ass about music in a porn movie but then again nobody has ever seen an adult movie quite like the upcoming Wizard of Oz parody Not the Wizard of Oz XXX which hits stores in May from X-Play distributed by Pulse.  The porn adventure is a full-blown sex musical with fantastic songs that could play on the Broadway stage and writing and recording them has been a major challenge and one that has been costly and time consuming.

“I knew if we were going to finally make this epic Oz movie, the music would have to be unlike anything ever presented in the history of the porn business,” stated the movie’s director Will Ryder.

Pouring out of big speakers music filled the movie sound stage during the shooting of the parody providing an atmosphere uncommon in porn valley.   

Ryder, a fifteen year veteran of the music business has seen his share of pseudo adult musicals come and go but has often been left flat by the mostly awkward attempts at original music.

“We were hell-bent on creating something gloriously entertaining and original and not just a loose spin on pop songs with sexy lyrics. Not that there is anything wrong with that but if this was going to be our grand porn musical there is no way I could write and produce something that is not ten steps above the very best this industry has ever seen,” Ryder said.

Dozens of songs were written over a three year period and the most appropriate selections were set aside for Not the Wizard of Oz XXX.

“The process was exactly the same as a mainstream Hollywood project,” Ryder offered. 

“I wrote and arranged the music and lyrics at my piano at home and then went into the recording studio with Rock Hardson to record the parts.  We co-produced all of the tracks together and played most of the instruments ourselves.  Rock handled the drums, bass guitar and guitar parts and I played all of the piano and synthesizer parts and later we brought in a couple of union musicians to play some string and horn parts to give it a majestic feel.”

Eighty five percent of the vocals were sung by the original cast members before a session singer came in to complete some parts. 

“We cast this movie with singers in mind.… naked singers but singers nonetheless,” Ryder added.  “If you did not sing well you had next to zero chance of getting cast.”

Ryder sang all of the demo vocals himself and that is what was heard during the shooting of the movie helping to confuse some of those in attendance. 

“It was funny watching people on set try to figure out why a man’s voice was coming out of Dorothy’s mouth (played by Maddy O’Reilly) as she lip-synced a beautiful ballad.”  

Rising super-starlet Anikka Albrite played the good witch Glinda and has remained fascinated about the entire process.

“It’s been a wonderful experience being a part of this and seeing how it is all put together. I loved coming into the studio to record my parts it was awesome.”    

When asked why X-Play spent the time and money producing original music when most people just want to watch sex Ryder responded.

“We had no choice because I wanted this to be unlike anything our industry has witnessed.  Why did Beethoven spend so much time writing his symphonies?  Why did Mozart spend months preparing a Sonata?  Why does Justin Bieber spend so much time brushing his teeth?  Because this has to be great.”

Not South Park XXX will arrive via X-Play & Pulse Distribution April 16^th

“But I’m thinking they’re probably way too busy to even find out and this will slip completely through the cracks.  I mean those guys are big producers why would they even have time to discuss this… I watched 6 Days to Air.”

Ryder is referring to the documentary that shows the TV producers and their crew putting together each South Park episode in six days.  In fact, on the upcoming X-Play parody DVD the BTS is called 8 Weeks to Replication which shows the complete journey of this movie being put together and brought to market.

Not South Park XXX which will follow this week’s release of the 5^th volume of Not the Bradys XXX called Marcia Goes to College might be the dirtiest, most offensive porn movie ever.  Kyle falls in love with a junior college co-ed (Katie Summers) but Cartman discovers she moonlights as a porn star.  Witness blue humor, personal insults, hardcore sex and glorious original songs amidst ethnic jokes & dim sexual wit.

Tommy Pistol, one of adult’s top actors is now getting in the director’s chair for a new series with Smash Pictures. Pistol, whose acting chops are so good that he has taken on roles as diverse as Travis Bickle in the XXX parody of “Taxi Driver” to the wild, off the wall character of Pee Wee Herman in “Pee Wee’s XXX Adventure”, not an easy task for any actor. Now Pistol is combining his love of adult and horror together with a film series to be called “Too Hard To Die” and he is bringing Bonnie Rotten on as his lead character. With zombies, sex, and plenty of scary action this could be a major breakthrough project for 2013. Bonnie is the perfect choice and it will be one more step upward in her rapid rise to stardom. Knowing the immense talent of Pistol in front of the camera, I have no doubt in my mind that his directing style will be something exceptional. We look forward to seeing this new project when it is released later this year.

Another one of the most anticipated films of the year just began shooting this week, the “Wizard of Oz XXX” parody.  Under the direction of parody maven Will Ryder, this is one film that is probably, according to Ryder, the toughest and most difficult he has ever done. Considering the classic nature of this film, the songs, the music, the sets and the characters, we certainly can understand that. In addition the film will be shot in 3-D.  However, if anyone can pull of a project of this scope Ryder certainly can. While the casting of the lead roles has been kept secret, especially that of the lead role of Dorothy, I do know that the Cowardly Lion role will be essayed by one of adult’s top character actors, James Bartholet. As for the other roles, in time they will be announced, but from what I have been told by Ryder himself, the lead role of Dorothy and who is playing it will blow everyone away and that the girl has some serious singing chops!  According to Ryder the musical numbers and songs have been worked on and recorded over the past few months. So keep an eye out for any further news on this upcoming project that you will find on AAN. I just wish Will would have let me have the Uncle Henry role, God knows I am old enough!!! We wish Will and the cast the very best putting this all together and eagerly await it’s release later in 2013.

Wasteland – Elegant Angel – This won several awards including the prestigious “Movie of the Year. Graham Travis gives us another terrific character study in a dark, compelling film much like his award winning “Portrait of a Call Girl”. In this film starring Lily LaBeau and Lily Carter it is about two friends who meet again after many years and the changes that have taken place. Where this meeting leads these two is a big part of the story as each discover new things about themselves. Beautifully filmed in great locations with some very hardcore, intense sex scenes, it is definitely a 5 star view! Ms. Carter also won as the Best Female Performer of the Year.

Once again Will Ryder takes a classic and turns it into a rollicking, fun, sex filled parody romp that won “Best Comedy – Parody”. The cast of 30 pull out all the stops as Blutarsky, Dorfman, Pinto and the others fill their roles perfectly. The sex is non stop and has everything you could want. The girls Ryder assembled for this parody couldn’t fit any better in the roles and characters they portray, not to mention their love for sex. It’s funny, it’s sexy with some great casting and will give Animal House lovers a real look at what was only hinted at in the original. As we begin the countdown to the end of 2012 and the beginning of a brand new, and hopefully, great 2013, it’s time for a look back. Rather than our usual Friday Film Recap I thought it would be a good idea to take a look back at the many highs that occurred in adult films this past year. It was a year where new directions were taken, new ideas were put on film, new stars emerged and some ground breaking projects came forth. It was also a year when several of the people in this business, so often, maligned, showed their charitable side.

To begin with the parody genre of film showed no signs of slowing down. Throughout 2012 they just kept coming, pushing the envelope, raising the bar and creating some worthy entertainment. Led by the creative juices of directors like Axel Braun, Will Ryder and others, fans were treated to exceptional parodies. Just to name a few there was “Dark Knight XXX”, “Not Animal House XXX”, “Men In Black XXX”, “Star Wars XXX”, “Mork and Mindy XXX”, “The Addams Family XXX”, “Spiderman vs. Superman XXX”, “Dallas XXX”, “Iron Man XXX, “The Graduate XXX” and so many more that were top notch, spot on productions in every way and truly award worthy in so many areas.

There were also the original features that captured people’s imagination with new stories, comedy and dramatic that were mainstream style productions with plenty of action, drama and more. Films like “Blow”, “Countdown”, Spartacus MMXII: The Beginning”, “The Four”, “Voracious”, “Mothers and Daughters”, “Legal Appeal” and “Wasteland”. These were films with solid storylines, character development, plenty of edge of your seat action and of course loads of hot and steamy sex scenes. Again it was a salute to the directors like Brad Armstrong, Paul Thomas, Michael Zen, Stormy Daniels and others for their expertise in bringing another area of adult to the front and raising the bar as well.

It was also a year when we saw the emergence of a number of stars, elevating their performances, not only sexually, but as true actors. Many showed that they have some serious acting chops that could do well in mainstream or TV. These performances

carried many of the films we have already mentioned. It was a year when the myth that adult performers can only have sex and not act was debunked. All one has to do is look at the performances by Xander Corvusa, Giovanni Francesco, Allie Haze, Lilly LaBeau, Chanel Preston, Brendon Miller, Tommy Pistol, India Summer, Marcus London, Nyomi Banxxx, Tommy Gunn, Dana DeArmond, Kimberly Kane, Those are but a few of the performers who gave us some exceptional performances with their skilled acting ability and well presented characterizations. These were performances that were worthy of award consideration by any awards faction.

2012, as every year, also brought us a bevy of new faces, some making and immediate impact and others either slowly climbing the

ladder or quickly disappearing. But of the newer faces that began to make their mark it was led by the young, perky and very talented Riley Reid, along with Maddy O’Brien, Annika Albrite, Alex Chance, Adrianna Luna, Ana Foxxx, Penny Paxxx, Jessie Rogers, Melina Mason and Bonnie Rotten to name a few. In addition it was also year where the performer who just acted and did not perform sexually became an important part of the adult scene more than ever. With so many films calling for a non sex character having an actor who could be believable in that type role became very important. The performances turned in by these non sex actors were outstanding in a variety of different, and sometimes, key roles. James Bartholet, Veronica Hart, J.J. Hollyberry, Paul Allen, Peter O’Tool, Nina Hartley, Herschel Savage and Frank Bukkwyd were among those whose acting skills helped to cement the films in which they appeared.

There was also another area of adult films that took hold in 2012. So much so that AVN even added it as a new awards category, the Romance line. Films that revolved around real romance, real sex scenes, storylines with love and romance as the centerpiece. With that came the Wicked Passions line, New Sensations Romance series, Adam & Eve Romance and others to give a growing, more mature consumer base films that were more than just hard core sex and more to what they wanted in an adult film. Along with that the “Educational” film also found a good sized niche in 2012 with titles like Adam & Eve’s Guide to the Kama Sutra, Dr. Ava’s Guide to Anal and Oral Sex, Jessica Drake’s continuing Guide to Wicked Sex series and more. There was also a breakthrough of sorts when Girlfriends Films, the leading all female company, signed renowned director B. Skow top helm boy/girl films for their company beginning with the much lauded “Viola”.

It was a breakthrough year in many ways in adult films and the sales reflected an older, more mature, much more discerning consumer base. While the usual wall to all, gonzo type films continued to score well and be very popular as they have been for years, it was the emergence of all we have discussed here that really made 2012 an exceptional year.

There was also one other motion that took place and that showed another side of people in the adult film industry. When it came to the disaster of Hurricane Sandy and the absolutely horrific shooting deaths at Newtown, Conn. people in the industry, such as Alia Janine, Desiree De Luca, Mike Kulich stood up and donated to these causes through contests, donations through their websites or by their own personal checks to help out in any way they could. To those who took these steps to show that they care….bravo!

2012 was an exciting, breakthrough, successful year with some of the best film making in adult taking place. It was a year of new ideas, new stars, new directions and a new focus. What will 2013 have in store for us? If the productions and ideas that I have been privy to and have heard about in recent weeks are any indication, 2013 promise to be an even bigger breakthrough year. Once again the bar will be raised higher, performances will be even better, the productions will scale new heights and the adult film aficionado and fan will be in for an even sexier, more exciting year. There will be new directions traveled, new areas conquered and new and exciting stars coming front and center to enjoy. It all begins in just about 3 weeks when the first award winners of 2013 are announced at the big AVN Awards show in Las Vegas on Jan. 19, 2013. It will be a great celebration of all the hard work and excellence that was put forth by everyone in 2012.

“This is just too enticing to pass up plus we wanted to do something different and delving into the animation world to create a real life porn parody is quite challenging,” X-Play co-producer Scott David said.

Ryder has enjoyed huge success turning popular animated TV shows into porn parodies most triumphantly with The Flintstones a XXX Parody which he directed for New Sensations. 

“There are unique challenges in bringing cartoon characters to life and getting them into situations that allow the free flow of sex but we have a script that will allow this to happen in a very lively way and there is a huge fan base just waiting,” Ryder said. 

For now the producers are keeping quiet on many of the shoot details except for the fact that the movie will start with Kyle’s 18^th birthday party. The very thought that a porn parody of South Park is in production will either piss off or flatter Parker and Stone and the other executives at Comedy Central.

“Fuck them,” Ryder deadpanned before flashing a smile.

“I think these guys can take a joke.  I saw the Book of Mormon at the Pantages Theater.”

Word is that cast members will be singing funny songs South Park style while naked.
