‘Saving Humanity’ to Receive R-Rated Theatrical & DVD Release Followed by XXX Director’s Cut!

MARCH 5, 2013 – TARZANA, CA – AMKingdom.com announces its next original feature film, “Saving Humanity,” which will release in multiple formats with multiple ratings. This is the second year running Vette has won Webstar of the Year honors. It is the first time any star has won WebStar of the Year honors back to back.

2012 marked another banner year for the popular MILF. Among other things, during the year she won Miss Freeones as voted by the fans, picked up a Twitter Queen award from Nightmoves, became a spokesperson for RedLightCenter.com, and was mentioned by John Stewart during a Daily Show monologue. THE ART OF ADULT – CONGRATS XBIZ AWARD WINNERS!

As with every kind if awards show there are the favorites, the dark horse and the complete surprises when it comes naming the winners. This year’s 2013 XBIZ awards were no exception. There were awards that were expected for certain performers or films, there were the dark horse who came out of nowhere to capture a win and then there were the surprises of those not being named a winner at the jam packed awards ceremony.

All in all it was quite a show deftly hosted by superstar Tera Patrick with some good comedy turns from co host Orlando Jones. Of course the ladies who came on stage were quite the show dressed in every type fashion and style you could think of and giving the show a very sexy, glamorous look. But fashions aside, it was about the awards and those who did win were very deserving. Like any awards show, there were those who were felt to be sure fire winners who came up empty, but in the end whether they were a nominee or winner, all those who were selected gave the industry another huge step forward with a great outlook for the coming year.

As for this reviewer I must say that I was very Happy to see Steven St. Croix’s return to adult rewarded with the Comeback and Best Actor award. Hopefully St. Croix will stay on a role and tackle some great roles in 2013. I was also happy to see Riley Reid come away with the Best New Starlet award. From the first time I saw this young lady, I just knew she had the “it” factor and would rise to stardom. I was also glad to see that Elegant Angel once again showed they can do all out, well scripted and crafted features with Wasteland taking the prize for the Feature Movie of the Year. I sincerely hope the folks at Elegant will continue in their quest to turn out thought provoking, well done full features that capture the viewers imagination and thought process. There were a number of other awards that I was pleased to see that won as well.

On the disappointment side, I was very surprised that Dark Knight XXX: A Porn Parody did not win the Best Drama Parody or that Spartacus MMXII: The beginning only came away with a Best Editing award, when I felt it was deserving of several other categories. There were a couple of other disappointments for this reviewer as well, but overall the selections were well deserved.

A week from now the AVN awards will be announced at a gala awards ceremony at the Hard Rock Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas, It will be very interesting to see how many repeat winners there will be and how many winners there will be that were shut out at the XBIZ awards. One thing is for sure. Because 2012 was such a groundbreaking year, selecting the winners for awards at the 2013 awards shows was no easy task. I know as a voting member of XRCO that making the selections for nominees and the eventual winners will probably be the toughest selections we’ve had to make in a long time.

Congratulations to ALL the winners of the XBIZ awards from myself and all of us at NightMoves Magazine and AAN. Good luck to all the nominees for the upcoming AVN awards, you are all deserving make this industry the great one that it is and we look forward to an even greater 2013.

Comedian Orlando Jones to Co-Host 2013 XBIZ Awards

LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that comedian and actor Orlando Jones will join adult film superstar Tera Patrick as co-host of the 2013 XBIZ Awards, presented by Fleshlight, this Friday night in Los Angeles.

Jones, one of Hollywood’s most prolific funnymen, cut his teeth 25 years ago as a writer on NBC’s hit “Cosby Show” spinoff “A Different World” and the FOX TV sitcom’s “Roc” and “Martin.”

In 1995, Jones was handpicked by legendary producer Quincy Jones to write and star in the FOX comedy sketch program “MADtv.” Jones’ big acting break came in 1999 when he was tapped to play an accident-prone pitchman for 7-UP.

The “Make 7-UP Yours” campaign instantly made Jones a recognizable face, and perhaps the most memorable 7-UP pitchman since Geoffrey Holder (the “Un-Cola Guy”). Doors immediately opened up for Jones, leading to a career on the big screen.

Jones’ notable comedies include Ivan Reitman’s “Evolution,” Harold Ramis’ “Bedazzled,” Howard Deutch’s “The Replacements” and Berry Levinson’s “Liberty Heights,” the fourth entry in the director’s “Baltimore” series.

LOS ANGELES — X2K Consulting and Media Services, in conjunction with XBIZ 360°, has announced the XBIZ Golf Tournament will kick off Digital Media Conference, presented by CE Cash, the industry’s top three-day digital media trade event being held at the Sofitel Hotel in Los Angeles Jan. 9-12.

Two of their most successful 2012 releases have been recognized by AVN, in the Best BDSM Release and Best Fem-Dom Strap-on categories, and a third title has garnered a nomination from XBIZ for Fetish Release of the Year.
